You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without express written permission from Amoebas Ignition Tech.

Service Level Agreement

We commit to a 99.9% uptime SLA for our Enterprise and Enterprise+ tiers. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. Service credits may be provided for verified SLA violations according to our service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Amoebas Ignition Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
